The DJI FlyCart 30 is a high-capacity long-distance delivery drone featuring a 30kg maximum payload in dual-battery mode and a 40kg capacity in single-battery configuration. The DJI FlyCart 30 represents a major expansion of the DJI ecosystem into heavy-lift logistics and automated supply chains. Designed as a dedicated delivery aircraft it utilizes a high-strength multi-rotor carbon fiber frame that supports two distinct cargo modes: a 70L EPP case mode for standard transport and an automated winch system for delivering goods where landing is impossible. The winch system features a 20m cable and AR Projection technology to assist pilots in precision placement of goods on steep slopes or remote decks. The mechanical architecture features dual-battery redundancy to ensure safe return-to-home even if a single battery fails and an integrated parachute system for emergency descent in populated areas. The FlyCart 30 is equipped with front and rear active phased array radars and a binocular vision system providing 360-degree obstacle awareness and all-weather flight capability in winds up to 12m/s.
