Product Overview
The Tintec TH6 is a high-resolution 640x512 radiometric thermal imaging payload designed for precision thermography and search and rescue. Featuring a 13mm lens and plus or minus 2 degree C temperature accuracy, it enables operators to identify heat anomalies and human signatures in zero-visibility environments.
The Tintec TH6 represents the premier thermal perception solution for the industrial and public safety sectors. Engineered for high-fidelity temperature data acquisition this payload utilizes an uncooled VOx microbolometer with a 640x512 pixel resolution. Unlike standard thermal cameras the TH6 is fully radiometric meaning every pixel in the image contains temperature data that can be analyzed in post-processing. This capability is critical for solar farm inspections where identifying a 3-degree temperature difference in a single cell can prevent a total panel failure. The mechanical highlight of the TH6 is its high-sensitivity 13mm lens providing an optimal balance between field-of-view and spatial resolution. This allows search and rescue teams to cover large areas of wilderness while maintaining the ability to spot a human heat signature through dense foliage or light smoke. The TH6 features multiple isothermal modes and color palettes such as White Hot, Black Hot, and Ironbow which can be toggled in real-time via the drone remote control. The system is designed with a standard DJI SkyPort interface for rapid deployment on the Matrice 350 RTK. LVH Systems sources the TH6 for fire departments, forestry services, and building envelope inspectors who require reliable thermographic data providing specialized support for the integration of R-JPEG data format into professional reporting software. Available for sourcing through LVH Systems global procurement network.
