Engineered for high-fidelity temperature data acquisition this payload utilizes an uncooled VOx microbolometer with a 640x512 pixel resolution. Unlike standard thermal cameras the TH6 is fully radiometric meaning every pixel in the image contains temperature data that can be analyzed in post-processing. This capability is critical for solar farm inspections where identifying a 3-degree temperature difference in a single cell can prevent a total panel failure.
