The Tintec TR60 is an advanced ground-to-air tethered power system designed to provide unlimited flight endurance for industrial drones. Featuring a 60-meter high-tensile cable and automatic tension control, it enables persistent 24/7 aerial surveillance and telecommunication relay missions.
The Tintec TR60 represents the ultimate solution for persistent aerial presence effectively removing the battery limit from modern UAV operations. Engineered for high-security and infrastructure monitoring this system converts a standard drone into a permanent aerial tower. The TR60 ground station connects to a standard 220V power source and transmits high-voltage DC power through a specialized ultra-lightweight composite cable to an airborne power module onboard the drone. This module then converts the power to the voltage required by the drone motors and payloads allowing the aircraft to stay airborne indefinitely. A key mechanical highlight is the TR60 intelligent automatic winding system. The ground station uses an advanced tension sensor and high-speed servo motor to automatically retract or release the cable as the drone changes altitude preventing cable slack from snagging or excessive tension from impacting flight stability. The system features a built-in high-capacity buffer battery that can power a safe landing if the ground power source is disconnected. With its 60-meter travel range the TR60 is ideal for permanent border security, large-event surveillance, and providing high-altitude 4G/5G or Wi-Fi relay in disaster zones.
