The DJI Zenmuse P1 represents the professional standard for aerial surveying engineered to provide high-resolution data for the Matrice 350 RTK and M300 RTK platforms. Consolidating a 45-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with interchangeable fixed-focus lenses on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal the P1 is built to meet the rigorous demands of the geospatial industry. A major technical highlight is the integrated mechanical global shutter. This prevents the rolling shutter distortion common in lower-end sensors ensuring each pixel is captured at the exact same moment. The P1 features Smart Oblique Capture a mode where the gimbal automatically rotates to capture images from multiple angles allowing for the generation of high-fidelity 3D models with up to 50 percent higher efficiency than traditional methods. The system utilizes TimeSync 2.0 to coordinate the camera, flight controller, RTK module, and IMU at the microsecond level ensuring the most precise metadata is embedded in every frame.
